How Powerful is Faith?
I finished the second chapter of Think and Grow Rich. The whole chapter was on 'Faith' and how it plays an integral part in what you can and will achieve in life.
Napoleon Hill referenced back to the New Testament when Jesus required that people have faith before he would (could?) heal them (Matthew 9:22, Mark 10:52). He seemed to believe it was the faith more then Jesus that did the healing. If this is true, how can faith play a role in our lives? Does simply having faith in something make it happen?
I'm still not sold on this. If faith was all it took, then all the crazys out there would be on their spaceships and all the starving waiters would be movie stars. However there was a reason that Jesus required faith in order to produce miracles. But how important is it?
