Kids with Credit
A report by MSNBC says that more and more kids, as young as 13, are getting their hands on credit cards and debit cards. Considering the current rate of adults in credit card debt, the idea of people with even less of an understanding of the consequences of their actions using credit cards is pretty scary.
If they were given prepaid cards or somehow closely supervised, it can be a good learning tool. Otherwise, stick to cash.
